You'll receive an alert when you reach 20% of your credits. You can purchase additional credits anytime, or upgrade your plan.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits don't roll over. Separately purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

How are agent calls calculated?

Agent calls include actual call time + AI processing. A 1-minute call with a basic agent = 20 credits. With CRM integration = 45 credits.
